1.The coupon is not applicable to purchases with AMAZZING CLUB personal incentive points. The coupon does not offer incentive points.
2.After redemption of the coupon, the transaction cannot be altered and the points will not be refundable. The coupon is valid for 6 months from the date of redemption.
3. The coupon cannot be resold, exchanged for cash nor does it entitle to cash-back [on purchases of a value smaller than the coupon’s value]. No additional coupon will be offered if the coupon expires or is lost or damaged.
The notes to the coupon are subject to change as announced by the hotel. The coupon cannot be used in combination with any other discount.
4. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB are not liable for any damage to security of communication, credit card information, personal information and incentive points due to such technical or human errors as failure in the system, loss in transmission, malicious interception, and damage and loss to personal devices or other circumstances not attributable to CHM or AMAZZING CLUB.
5. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB reserve the right to correct, modify and cancel the sale of products, the booking of rooms, and related discounts affected by the aforementioned losses, or the purchase order and incentive points that have not been processed for any reason, and they do not accept any obligation of indemnification or compensation for such events.
6. In the event that AMAZZING CLUB members redeem all or part of their incentive points to settle a cash transaction or redeem products, and such transaction is canceled, due to human factors or force majeure, without compensation or only with partial compensation, and the booking and payment are cancelled and refunded immediately or thereafter, CHM and AMAZZING CLUB retain the right to cancel the incentive points with respect to the part of trading in cash, and the incentive points for the recorded trading of commodities, in whole or in part. The transaction cannot be altered and incentive points will not be refundable. CHM and AMAZZING CLUB shall not bear any liability, obligation, indemnity or damages there for.
