According to the Taiwan Centers for Disease Control, from December 1, people MUST wear masks in eight types of public venues including hotels. Any violation can lead to a maximum fine of NT$15,000.

From midnight on March 19, 2020, in accordance with the provisions of the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC) in the Republic of China (Taiwan)
Foreign travelers are restricted from entering the country, and Taiwanese are required to have 14 days of home quarantine.

We have implemented infection prevention measures so that customers can use our products with peace of mind.
1. Body Temperature Measurement
When checking in, the Hotel Guests shall allow front desk employees of the Hotels to measure body temperature. For anyone with discomfort or a body temperature over 37.5℃, the Hotel shall have the right to reject his/her stay.
2. Active Description of Travel History Information
When checking in, the Hotel Guests shall actively describe relevant recent travel history information and coordinate with the Hotel staff to collect and check relevant information requests. Starting from March 19th, 2020, the ROC nationals upon their arrival in the ROC territory from the outbound destinations are required to observe a 14-days home quarantine. Relevant information shall be disclosed. If there is any violation against these measures, the Hotels shall have the right to reject his/her stay and report to the health authority.
During staying at the Hotel, if the Hotel Guests are found with any discomfort, especially with fever symptoms or coughing, they shall immediately contact the front desk and look for assistance for diagnosis and testing.
