In response to environmental protection measures HOTEL COZZI and MADISON TAIPEI HOTEL will no longer proactively provide disposable amenities from July 1, 2023, which will be gradually replaced with wall-mounted large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash so as to continue to provide comfortable accommodation while putting eco-friendly measures into practice. All bookings during New Year holidays (2024/12/30-2025/01/01) need to pay 50% of total room charge as deposit before 2024/12/16.
All bookings during Chinese New Year holidays (2025/01/28-2025/02/01) need to pay 50% of total room charge as deposit before 2025/01/14.
In accordance with Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s cancellation policy during New Year holidays, our cancellation charge is as follow:
● Cancel or no-show on arrival day will charge 100% of deposit.
● Cancel 1 day prior of arrival will charge 80% of deposit.
● Cancel 2-3 days prior of arrival will charge 70% of deposit.
● Cancel 4-6 days prior of arrival will charge 60% of deposit.
● Cancel 7-9 days prior of arrival will charge 50% of deposit.
● Cancel 10-13 days prior of arrival will charge 30% of deposit.
● No charge is to be levied if cancelled before 14 days prior of arrival.

Remarks:
1.The booking can be canceled or changed at the latest seven days before the check-in date after the booking is confirmed.
2.Breakfasts are provided for the guests according to the actual number of occupants of the room.
3.Birthday gift redemption method: Upon check-in, guests will be provided with a Birthday Gift Exchange Card. For details regarding the redemption of gifts, please refer to the information on the card.
4.Asia Miles members cannot get member 250 miles.
5.AMAZZING CLUB members can obtain a 5% off discount on this package. Applicable for members point accumulation.Log on to AMAZZING CLUB website.
