Terms and Conditions:
1. Please ensure you book your stay under the “Stay Green With Madison" Package and enjoy the exclusive offers.
2. The package offers cannot be combined with other offers.
3. The package rate includes a 10% service charge and a 5% VAT.
4. Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before the check-in date after a confirmed reservation. Cancellation follows standard terms and conditions; cancellation within 3 days & before 4 p.m. before the check-in date or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the full room rate for the first night.
5. An additional charge will apply per room, per night, on holidays, including Fridays, Saturdays, and dates designated by Madison Taipei Hotel.
6. Asia Miles members are not eligible to earn the miles and terms and conditions apply.
7. Cathay Hospitality Management’s AMMAZING CLUB members are eligible for member discounts or earn points.
8. Cathay Hospitality Management and Madison Taipei Hotel reserve the right of a final decision in case of any dispute.
9. This package is subject to the terms and conditions on the official website.
10. The Chinese version of these Terms shall prevail wherever there is a discrepancy between the other language and Chinese versions.

All bookings during Chinese New Year holidays (2025/01/28-2025/01/31) and New Year holidays (2025/12/31).
In accordance with Taiwan Tourism Bureau’s cancellation policy during New Year holidays, our cancellation charge is as follow:
· Cancel or no-show on arrival day will charge 100% of deposit.
· Cancel 1 day prior of arrival will charge 80% of deposit.
· Cancel 2-3 days prior of arrival will charge 70% of deposit.
· Cancel 4-6 days prior of arrival will charge 60% of deposit.
· Cancel 7-9 days prior of arrival will charge 50% of deposit.
· Cancel 10-13 days prior of arrival will charge 30% of deposit.
· No charge is to be levied if cancelled before 14 days prior of arrival.
